By ordering from me, it is assumed you have read and agreed to these terms.

payments & refunds

-PAYMENT OPTIONS: Paypal and Cashapp -- If you need to utilize a different form of payment let me know and we'll work something out.-Payment is ALWAYS required upfront, I will not begin the art until payment has been completed. If after 3 weeks no payment is received (without reasonable reason) the item may be listed for resale.-PRICES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE. Do not try to haggle with me. There may be times items will be listed on sale, but this is my own decision.-Partial payments/payment plans MUST be paid off in the allotted time given, failure to comply will result in the loss of refund regardless of how much has been paid, and the item will be marked for resale. This is non-negotiable, and allotted time may vary.-I can and will resell/cancel your item WITHOUT a refund if after 3 MONTHS, you have continued to fail to provide me with information, even if you have paid in full.

Buyer Agreement

-By commissioning me, you acknowledge that your piece MAY take 1-3 MONTHS to be completed from the date info was provided. I may have a large work load at any given time, and I like to complete my commissions in order as much as possible. You must be willing to accept this if you plan to purchase from me.-I am not obligated to make any changes to your piece if they weren't included in the original information provided.-No anonymous buyers or bidders. It can cause confusion with orders.-Specific background/pose suggestions are welcomed, if you don't specify I will pick something myself and am under no obligation to change it.-Images with multiple characters must be specified as to which design goes where, or I will decide myself and am under no obligation to change it.

Copyright & Restrictions

-All works are the sole property of myself, and the buyer. You may not use/resell/copy/heavily reference/or claim works as your own without both my and the buyers permission.-Buyers are not permitted to resell my works without my permission. Art may be sold WITH the character it was made for, but the art it'self is not allowed to be sold in of it'self.-Buyers are not allowed to EDIT/alter/change my works in any way without my permission unless otherwise stated in the arts description. In the event you do make changes, credit must still go to me.-Bloggers are welcome to repost my work to outside websites STRICTLY for advertisement. I MUST be credited in the post, and my dA must be linked. It may NOT be used as 'Your' character if you don't own it, or for sales or games.-Roleplayers may use my art for visual rping, but nothing more. Works may be used along side RP to provide visual effects of actions but the art nor the characters may be claimed as belonging to others.-My works may NOT be used for commercial purposes without my permission, even if paid for. IE you may not sell an image replication on T-shirts or stickers, etc.

Consequences

-Continuous backing out of purchasing, or the inability to complete payment will result in your loss of first come first serve privilege - you will wait until others are allowed the chance to claim, or you will be blacklisted from purchasing from me ever again, depending on the severity.-Constantly hassling me for updates will get you BLACKLISTED from purchasing from me in the future. I will do my best to keep you updated as the work progresses, but understand that sometimes I may not be available to do so.-I have the right to black list/refuse business with anyone for any reason I so desire without explanation.-Extreme violations such as theft of artwork, or failure to pay, will result in legal actions being taken.
